Mother's Day Central
Been a busy past week here with wedding season in full swing and envelopes overtaking my work table, Loving the grey ink and style this uber-fabulous bride picked out here. My Mother's Day cards arrived last night and I kind of squealed when I saw them! Such a nerd, I know. This is my first greeting card design - which was a long-time aspiration of mine - so I was pretty excited. I don't have an Etsy shop set up (another goal in the works) so email me to order yours. I only p

Mother's Day Cards
Mother's Day is less than three weeks away, so it's time to start shopping for the mom or mom-to-be in your life. I'm absolutely thrilled that a long-time goal of mine is coming to fruition, and I'll be printing a limited number of greeting cards for Mother's Day! I've been wanting to do cards for a while, and Mother's Day seemed like the perfect opportunity to have a hand-lettered happy for moms. Let's be honest, we moms work hard and deserve a little something special. (And

In the News!
I told you something exciting was happening Thursday, and here we are...I'm so honored that The Oxford Citizen featured Beth Hunt Calligraphy in its Business section today! Yay! It was fun to talk with reporter Errol Castens about how I got started, what I do, and what some of my most unique projects have been. My three-year-old's comments on the article included "Momma, your green shirt is awesome," and "Momma, your hair looks awesome. It's black and grey." Perhaps it's time

April, I'm Loving You
What a month April has been so far! Lots going on here with wedding season in full swing and boxes upon boxes of envelopes for upcoming summer weddings. Last week I got to work on a cool project where I designed and drew a very large monogram on a 6'x6' mirror at a couple's wedding reception venue. Such a great idea for a focal point and photo backdrop! Just an iphone photo here, but I'm holding out for a better photo once the bride gets her professional wedding pics back. I'

Good as Gold
Today's starting off on a golden note, with my logo getting a fresh facelift in gold! Gold ink, gold foil printing - and even gold office supplies and fashion accessories to name a few things - are trends that are going nowhere any time soon. Writing in gold ink nearly always brings a smile to my face, even on the dreariest of days. Let's be honest, sparkly things are just fun! What are you loving in gold these days?

Christ is Risen!
Happy Easter! So humbled with gratitude for a living Savior who is my hope, my strength, and my everything else. May your weekend be filled with blessings and love. xo, b.

Easter Weekend is Here
It's been a busy week filling wedding and graduation orders but now it's time to reflect on the meaning of Easter weekend and a living Savior. Alleluia! I've had fun making these Easter egg tags this week to go on Easter baskets and presents and (in my case) hang from the dining table chandelier. We love a good holiday at the Hunt household. As for our holiday plans, we're getting carry-out from our fave restaurant tonight, the kids have been playing outside, and we will be d
